Who handles your information

What we collect and why
When you request an appointment, we receive your name, telephone number, job address, postcode, preferred timing and description of the work. Our booking system also records the source page and technical request information, including an IP address. We use these details to respond to your request, arrange a visit and maintain service records. Please do not include payment card details or sensitive personal information in the enquiry box.
Who receives an enquiry
Enquiries are processed by our website hosting and email providers and the people handling your booking. Information may also be sent through our configured booking notification services. We only need information relevant to responding to the enquiry and carrying out the work.
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits, contact clicks and successful booking requests. These tools load when you visit the live website and may use cookies or similar technologies. Telephone and WhatsApp clicks are interaction signals; they do not prove that a call connected or a job was booked. We do not send your name, telephone number, job address or description of the problem to Google Analytics.
Our website sends page-arrival and contact-click notifications to our team. Page-arrival alerts include the page visited and the time, so we can see which service area is attracting interest. They do not contain your name, telephone number, full browsing history or URL query parameters. A short-lived browser marker and a protected, hashed technical identifier help reduce duplicate alerts. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies may limit analytics measurement.
External websites
WhatsApp, Google, Checkatrade and MyBuilder operate their own services and privacy policies. Opening a link to them takes you to that provider. We do not embed their review widgets on these pages.
Keeping your information
We keep enquiry and service records only for as long as needed to deal with the request, provide the service and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us if you want to ask about a particular record or request its deletion.
Your choices and rights
